I would say, if a valid excuse and sincere apology didn't follow immediately after, then move on. Being stepped on constantly is not acceptable, no matter what age!
Meh, it happens. Some people are just rude, maybe you just had a bad luck streak or something.
It's not the first time you got stood up by the same person? I guess, that doesn't really matter.
Unless, the person has suddenly become disabled, no excuse is good enough for not picking up the phone to tell you about the change in plans.
I'm glad you didn't stay at home and mope. How well did you know this guy? I don't know if this helps, but I like to know the person before I accept any date. I have never been stood up, but I think it's because the guy always sounded enthused or interested in really going out. He also knew we would probably run into each other again, so if he wasn't that interested, he better not ask for the date.
Aww,that's super rude, there isn't much you can do but shrug it off, drinking your problems away won't help. You should have found something else to do. Like rent a movie, order a pizza or have some friends over.
I hope things get better for you! :)
You deserve to be respected (no matter what your age) and you were obviously looking forward to the plans. If you choose to pursue and continue, be prepared and devise Plan B on those nights you think you have plans with this person.
Adjust and adapt and move on, don't get commited to anyone on a casual basis in regards to dates. Always have a plan B because usually plan A will fail. Usually you can tell by listening and watching the behavior of your prospective date when you are making plans. Eyes wondering, hestitation etc., usually means she really isn't serious, therefor you shouldn't be either.
Unless, you get a good excuse, that was just bad manners and who needs that around. It's good you had a plan B. But I wouldn't drown my sorrows, you got to keep alert for something better to come along.
These things happen, if it is someone you know then contact them, if it was a blind date I would forget it and move on.

If she is this pathetic and can't tell you to your face, then you really don't need her. Honest.
