    I literally want to cry. I'm overweight and it makes me feel like I'm not good enough for my boyfriend. I feel like people think I'm gross. I wear a coat indoors all the time at family get-togethers and at work because I'm uncomfortable even taking my coat off.

    I'm in the middle, I don't get grossed out but I don't gloat over myself, for a 35 year old man I am in good condition..not overweight, good definition, people think I am 20....but I can always see room for improvement and I know I'm not getting any younger. I'm just thankful I have what I have, because It could definitely be worse!

    I think my definition is definitely coming back after a lot of hard work & dieting!! :-) I'm quite chuffed with my body, all's I need now is some plastic surgery to remove some facial scars & I'll be over the moon!! :-)
