Question

Help answer this question below.

My friend (and ex) won't admit to a drinking problem. She got 1st DUI and called at 4am to pick her up. After waiting 2 hours, she went home with her punk girlfriend who was joking about the matter. I told her I'm done with her until she gets help.

Getting a DUI is a wake up call. To joke about it means there will probably be a second one. I don't know about in your state but in NY, a second charge and conviction within a ten year period counts as a felony. If she wants to keep her license and not have a felony conviction on her record I would inform her of the consequences.

Don't give up on here for this minor mistake, whether she joked about it or not. If she needs help then help her. Or teach her not to drive after drinking. Cause fuck man everyone drinks its hard to find a girl who don't
