That innately magnetic allure that means people turn to look at you when you walk in a room even if you physically appear no different from them (in anything other than your gait and the look in your eyes perhaps), and listen to you more closely than others as if your words were just more potent. It's so hard to define the actual ingredient but a magnetic potency of character sums up the core of it I reckon.
