Sorry enough to try and render assistance.

    Pavement is hard.

I would never laugh at someone's pain, but if they just slip and are okay, it's kinda funny I guess.

I would feel sympathy for them. But would be right there trying to help them up if they looked like they needed help. Especially an elderly person. +5

Well, it depends. I offer to help them up and if they're laughing, so do I.

It can go both ways. Anyone who has lived where there are winters has fallen on ice before. In rare cases it can have a dangerous outcome. Elderly persons may suffer broken bones. At least one famous person, Dr. Robert Atkins of the Atkins diet plan, died of injuries incurred from a fall on ice.

    I know I have a H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E sense of humor, but I LAUGH! Yeah. . . . .I do!

If they're 'youngish,' I'll laugh. (Unless they're obviously injured.)
If they're elderly, I'll wince and offer to help them out.

Probably snicker and try to help out.
If it's someone I dislike I laugh as loud as possible and see if I can't offer a helping hand, to see if I can't trip them later. :P

I help if they need help. If it was funny, I'll laugh.
