CRC error usually means the media, drive, or reader is bad. If you are copying from a hard drive then try CHKDSK [drive]: /F /R
If copying from an optical medium try some of the things at http://www.computing.net/answers/windows-xp/force-copy-regardless-of-crc-error/149442.html .
1. Update old software,
2. get new software, or
3. find a better master.
