The only one who can make it better is me. I have to create my own chance and then take it. I dont risk things. Especially not because others are involved. If I walked the path of life on my own I might take a chance but right now I cant afford to lose anything.

and what would "better" be? Riches? Wisdom? Fame? A perfect life?
Having a better life does not necessarily help us become better people. It's life's trials that help us become stronger.

You're reading Your life is just fine the way it is. But there is this 50-50 chance it could be better. The catch is, you might end up worse off just because you took a chance at grabbing that golden ring. What would you do? Take the chance or not?
