The church should keep its nose out of politics because what’s good for the goose is good for the gander and if the want to start affecting politics then politics might decide to start passing which churches allowed in our country laws. Separation of Church & State is there for a reason. +3
If the Catholic church also wishes to deny it's tax free status they should.
It is withing their rights, and I believe they should. If they don't care to live the Catholic Faith, why should they participate in the Eucharist?

What right has a Polish priest got to say to my wife because she went for Holy Communion at her fathers funeral service as a twice married Catholic she will never be forgiven by God and by default will go to hell.

Catholics: Is if better to receive the Holy Eucharist on your tongue or in your hand? I have only tried the hand one and I wanted to know is it more reverent to receive it on your tongue rather that on your hand.
