To surround yourself with others of the same religion you believe in and hear the good news of whichever God you believe in.
It depends on which church you go to. I find the larger and more traditional the church the more peaceful and more fulfulling the worship is. The smaller the church, the more problems, in fighting, back biting and nonsense goes on; in other words, the purpose is lost.

I see no point in it. My dad constantly tries to get me to go to church, but I have been there and I don't believe the same as them, I am more of a spiritual pantheist, the church doesn't have the answers for the questions I have.
