Help answer this question below.

If you give serious advice to someone on AB do you ever go back and try to find out if they took your advice or if the situation worked out for them or do you care?

    I don't ask; but have had people tell me how it turned out and if they took my advice. It made me feel good when they did and felt it was good advice.

    I care but the only way I can know if they took my advise is if they respond to my answer. I always go see all the comments on my posts.

    Just new here, but I wouldn't know how to 'find" someone nor would I want to want to bother them on a topic that may be painful.
    .
    It would be fun, perhaps, if AB reminded those who posed questions after a while and offered them a chance to let us know how it turned out.

    No need to go back my friend. If my advice was helpful they will always find me to tell me so. If it isn't, I think tracking them down and putting them in a corner wouldn't be very helpful. Do I care? Of course. But the thread is there and they always have the option of coming back to it to fill me in...dozens have done that over the years and I always appreciate it a great deal! :)
