If the 20 year old has sex with the 14 year old he can be arrested for statutory rape.
The parents could be in trouble for aiding in child abuse.
Were talking about a child who is not old enough to give consent,that's where the parents responsibility come in.
It's the Parents duty to protect their kids not pimp them out to a grown Man!!!!!!
