yes, it would be okay for a girl or guy i was casually dating to see other people. that's the point of casually dating. to date around. if at any time i felt the need for them to stop seeing other people, i'd ask for them to be exclusive with me.

I think you should sit down with her and talk about your relationship. Discuss what you both want out of it, what is allowed and what is off limit. If there are disagreements, you can end it and start over with someone else that have the same expectations of a relationship.
