That makes no sense at all. Presidencies only last 4-8 years. It'd be stupid to force people to hold off on family matters for something as peripheral and ephemeral as that.

That kind of thing isn't about kids, it's about selfishness. We cannot afford to have criminals like that in office. The People NEED to be aware so they can get rid of parasites like that. Too bad the Media won't let the secrets slip.
