It is a BIG problem (wordfun...) but why would you get the army to shoot all the too fat people?
And who is too fat and who isn´t?
You cannot put people on a scale while saying `if you are to fat you´re gone..`
I would think it a national health issue,and the costs to society is high financially.
Only if the army, navy, air-force, marines and coast guard lower their standards. I don't see that happening, we have the best volunteer protective force on the planet.
I read 63% of Americans have worked part time or full time for McDonald's. Coincidence that this is almost the same as the obesity rate?
