YEW!!!!! If I were that broke, I sure as hell wouldn't be in the mood to use it anyway.

Yes. Several years ago, when I couldn't afford pre-lubricated condoms, I used the non-lubricated ones twice. First, the normal way, and then after turning them inside out.
Voila! the second time it was lubricated.

Even before that, when I couldn't afford condoms at all, I always had a tin of rubber solution ready.

  Yeah, initially I wasn't sure how thick the rubber solution should be, so it was too thin and probably got perforated, and my son came along.
  How my daughter came along inspite of the lubricated condom I am yet to figure out.

- I have never needed to go there for condoms, but I did go one time to get the morning after pill, and I got a huge bag of free condoms. I had 2 friends who volunteered there in high school, and their job was to make the condom goody-bags.

- LOL Good plan!! When I was in High School I always said I wanted 10 kids! I am real glad I didn't do that! One is perfect! I have been around kids my whole life. I had 6 younger siblings and babysat all the time in H.S. So since I didn't have 10, I started working in childcare and that was great! I could play all day, AND GET PAID TO DO IT, and then send 'em home! It was a perfect situation!
