first it depends on if the barber is a female. If male, then yes, if female then no.
If male, either way he must shave himself.
You stated man not woman, so if the barber is a women then no she would not shaver herself.

If it was worded differently the answer would be No the barber is a woman.
But it doesn't ommit the barber's gender being male so if you assume the barber is a man its a paradox because if the barber doesn't shave himself then the barber must shave himself and so you enter a paradox and the answer can't be given. This occurs though only if there is 1 barber.
