I think it's because of his perception of your priorities. You must have shown him how important your family is to you and how much they mean to you. So he feels that if he gets in good with them, he's won half the "battle" for the lack of a better word and he has won half of you over. I think it's kind of sweet. In my opinion, if he puts effort into anything having to do with you, he still deserves credit for putting effort into the relationship. He's into you, trust me.

You're reading Why do i feel the guy i like is seeking my family approval more than hes making an effort with me? i know he likes me but its as if he needs their go ahead before he makes his move :(

hmm good point hes actually been around more often and the family is seems to be comfortabel with him and he seems to be with them, hes also slowly becoming more talkative with me for a change, i do believe this is going somewhere as hes hinted we should go out! im glad that part is over i thought hed never make a move!
