I sure do! Maybe a person that passes you going through the doors of a convenience store, but people you've had some sort of interaction with, definitely. +5

Yes and no. No because every person still retains his/her individual ideas and personality traits. But, yes, because I think that we are influenced somewhat here and there by the other people we meet in our lives.

Ocean Flower, would you like to check out my childhood experiences stories? There's 7 of them written in answer form on my latest ?. I warn you: they are pretty crazy.

I think its truer that we are so similar to those ancestors who have lived their lives before us. We just don't know those people or your Great Aunt Bertha might tell you that "This quality and this way of thinking of yours, etc. etc. are so similar to what Great-great Grandmother on your father's side was like! In fact, there's this story about how she..."

We have the same strengths and weaknesses as have our ancestors, just in a different mix.

Oh, how I wish I knew my relatives back at least four generations! (!)
How I could learn from them, how I'd love to meet more people who have similar ways, similar passions to mine, people who really understand me, people I believe I'll meet some day, in the hearafter...

Every person you meet affects your life - it can give you opinion (it may be wrong opinion too) for the kind of people like, if you can get to know the person you may find things you like that you've never thought before, etc.
In every person you see the good and bad sides of his character and you subconsciously compare them with your character and if they are better at something or you like something they do you try to change and be more like them (these persons are usually called idols).
