If you dropped them on the moon, or on a planet with no atmosphere, they would both reach the ground at the exact same time.
On earth, the lghter one would be slowed by air resistance, so the heavier one would hit first.
I would be far too uncomfortable to be able to work it out, but I'd be glad to be rid of the one weighing a tonne.
Both will hit the ground together. Gravity my friend, gravity.
Equal.
In a vacuum, both would arrive at the same time.
Add an atmosphere and depending what the atmosphere was composed of, generally the heavier object would arrive first.
