If you had two balls, one weighs a tonne and one weighing as light as a feather, and the balls were the same width and size and you realiesed them at the same time which one would reach the ground first?

    If you dropped them on the moon, or on a planet with no atmosphere, they would both reach the ground at the exact same time.

    On earth, the lghter one would be slowed by air resistance, so the heavier one would hit first.

    In a vacuum, both would arrive at the same time.
    Add an atmosphere and depending what the atmosphere was composed of, generally the heavier object would arrive first.
