Can you find someone who would be a co sponsor with you ? If so you could sponsor her as a fiancee and get married after her arrival in the US.
Seriuously doubt she could get a work visa.

You're reading I have a lady in the Philippines i need to know the best way to get here i do not have the money to sponsor her my income is a disability check of 9,000 a month i think. could she get here on a workers visa and then become a usa citizen then we marry?
