It is not Jews, as such, that are hated. There is something in the human mind that causes groups of people to reject the "other". Ever since the Diaspora, Jews have been that "other", especially in Europe. Anyone that acts, dresses, eats, worships, etc. differently from the majority in any society is going to be subject to this phenomenon. +4

That can be answered from two angles. Jews keep themselves separate from other societies, and so find it difficult to be seen as the equal of others. But spiritually, the Jews are God's Chosen People, and secular nations, controlled by ungodly spirits, have a natural aversion to them.
Besides, jealousy naturally shows up whenever anyone says that they are 'more special' than you. Perhaps America does not generally reject the Jew because we are ourselves chosen, special, and consist of many different peoples and cultures.
