I'm 5'11", but I once wished I was taller, because I was attracted to a woman who's taller than me, and I think she rejected me because I was too short for her.
That was about 17 years ago.
There were other times when I wished I was taller so that I could dunk a basketball, but those were about at least 20 years ago.
