Home,I haven't done a contract outside the home workshop in many months,the shop is 300 feet from the front door.

- I had been driving more than 5-600 miles in any given week,and working 50-60 hours in that week while contracting,the gas got too high,the customers got too cheap,the idea of doing what I was doing lost it's appeal.
  .
  Now I use less than a full tank of gas each...MONTH!,can you imagine that?From 2-3tanks full each WEEK to one a month?Naturally the income has changed as well,I make woodworking projects and sell them locally,income has been poor this year,but I make enough to get by,and the stress level....No comparison verses the past 20+ years.

- I think a lot of people would like to trade some income for less stress and to get some of their life back. I think you have found the sweet spot!
