You should ask this question to your lawyer as he would be the best source of information concerning this matter. On the other hand, if you are not native, why should you receive anything that is given to her linked to her origins. Her children may be entitled and while married you would have been reaping such benefits by marriage but once this marriage is dissolved, you have no reason to enjoy these benefits as they are solely linked to her origins.
