    No way. The effects of marijuana on an adolescent brain are scary to behold, and for a child to do it is just unconscionable.

    YES, because minors smoking bud may have purposes but even if they dont they should still be able to cause everyone will be able to smoke bud eventually so why not let them start early!!

    Should minors that have caner be able to get chemotherapy? Hell yes!

    people need to stop viewing marijuana as a horrible thing it cures all sorts of diseases and disorders. dont believe me? research it.

    I'd like to somebody to find me one verifiable source that says it affects the brain negatively

    so to answer your question, yes minors with actual conditions should have access to medicinal marijuana
