No... Not really.
You COULD go into the Search for Members, and start entering letters, but there are over a million registered users (obviously, not all active).
The best way is probably to just go through a lot of the questions and answers, and note the names.

Many are. And for some, you can see their affiliations with AB clubs, and maybe what they are thinking/going through at the moment, following their names. ;-)
