If you have insurance I would see a doctor. If not I can tell you what I did, but I'm not telling you to do it, or even suggesting anyone do it. I did the lemonade diet to get off of the addiction of diet Pepsi and clean my system. If you do it, make sure you read all about it first. This will flush your system and when coming off of it, you will not crave it as much, you basically can start over. Although there is a lot of calories in the lemonade diet. Well just a suggestion. Google it and take a look at it.
Any addiction CAN be kicked, but you must genuinely WANT to kick whatever habit it is, that is bothering you.
Part of the way to do that, is to remove any and all "sweets/simple carbohydrates" from your living environment, then avoid places that SELL those items.
If you stop buying them and no longer have them in your home, how can you eat what you no longer have around you?

You may need magnesium,, get checked to see if you are low on this maybe ask for full blood test see what you are lacking in,, also a health shop may know what you need to stop the craving,, I wouldn't go on a lemonade diet bad for your system as well as all the sugar you are having it's worth a visit to doc .

You're reading I really need some good advise if anyone is willing to help. I have a serious addiction problem when it comes to sweets/simple carbohydrates. Is there anything that I can do to stop this nasty habit?

Thank you very much. I will look into it. I'm not over weight, but I can't reach my goal because of the sweet habit I have. +5

oh this is not for loosing weight, this is to clean out your system, and in this one of the side effects is loosing some weight. I'm actually going to do it again, but only for 3 days this time. I think I will do it every 3 or 4 months but only for 3 days at a time.
