  • If you have insurance I would see a doctor. If not I can tell you what I did, but I'm not telling you to do it, or even suggesting anyone do it. I did the lemonade diet to get off of the addiction of diet Pepsi and clean my system. If you do it, make sure you read all about it first. This will flush your system and when coming off of it, you will not crave it as much, you basically can start over. Although there is a lot of calories in the lemonade diet. Well just a suggestion. Google it and take a look at it.
  • You may need magnesium,, get checked to see if you are low on this maybe ask for full blood test see what you are lacking in,, also a health shop may know what you need to stop the craving,, I wouldn't go on a lemonade diet bad for your system as well as all the sugar you are having it's worth a visit to doc .
  • Any addiction CAN be kicked, but you must genuinely WANT to kick whatever habit it is, that is bothering you. Part of the way to do that, is to remove any and all "sweets/simple carbohydrates" from your living environment, then avoid places that SELL those items. If you stop buying them and no longer have them in your home, how can you eat what you no longer have around you? +5
