Well this one avoids interstates when ever possible.
I'm familiar enough with the rules of the road to know that most folks disregard the rules of the road.
Something about pickups seem to inspire many to assume that the laws of inertia won't apply to them.
That's a great surprise. Surely you have to use ordinary roads between your home and the interstate.
I was tempted to answer by saying that anybody who has to "recall" anything about driving properly while he is actually driving ought to, perhaps, take a refresher course before venturing onto public roads unsupervised.

You're reading Most all of us travel exclusively on the interstate. i passed a car on a state highway and had to recall the rules of the road, concerning yellow and double yellow lines. have you found yourself having to recall?

i agree. for the first time in at least 20 years, i passed a vehicle on a state highway in Kentucky. speed limit was 55, she was going 35 mph and backlogging traffic. i waited for an open stretch of road, no yellow lines, turn on my turn signal and proceeded to pass. everyone behind me followed suit. after the passing, i thought to myself....this is a first for me in many years. it actually felt good. do not know why. 6 john

In Oregon, by law if someone is going less than the speed limit and they have five cars behind them. Legally they're required to pull over and let them pass.
Legally yes. Actuality? Seldom.
