I'm sorry that your mother feels the need to put you down like that. Any parent who knows how to be a parent would strive to build the self-esteem of their child, not bring them down.
That said, REGARDLESS what you look like on the outside, it's what inside that matters. That's real.
I have 2 children (11 & 4) and while they can drive me up a wall sometimes, I would NEVER seek to destroy them.
You should REALLY consider getting some therapy to deal with this now, before it becomes inherent in your life, and you really believe it.
You are beautiful, and should be proud of yourself.

no, i think u are cute. u are not fat either and even if u were that dosent make any one ugly. I think ur mom just tells u that to get u mad. My mom tells me im fat just so i can stop eating when she thinks im over eating. She says that because she knows it will get to my head. But no worries u a pretty girl and im pretty sure u are pretty inside and out.
