Even to evangelize outside of one, it may be ill-advised to do so. A Christian man, otherwise, has no business in such a place. Strip clubs are body-centered, not Christ-centered. The strip club appeals to selfish, sexual desires and greed. The Christian is pre-occupied with holiness and trying to win unbelievers to Christ for the salvation of their souls.
Christians and strip clubs are mutually exclusive and incompatible.
