The only logical answer i can give here, is that you should have tried to work something out with the finance company before the reposession.
Many notices and phone calls are given in order to give the owner an opportunity to make payments arrangements, before a repo takes place.
Many people just ignore these notices and then they wonder why their vehicle is hooked up to a tow truck and heading down the street.
Finance companies do not care about your employment or personal life. they just want their money or the car.
Repossessing a vehicle is completely legal.
can i leave home at the age of 17 in oregon? if yes then are there any requirements?
