I've seen SO MANY errors in movie's captions and subtitles. How can I get hired so I can be one of the few people with correct spelling and punctuation?

Yeah, with the spelling and the weird names lately it's a wonder any body knows the correct spelling anymore. If you're going to spell it like it sounds because you want it to look cool or whatever,you should at least know how to spell it correctly.
