It depends on how much alcohol they consume at the bar.
It depends on what you mean by "a lot." It depends on how much they drink, too. If s/he is young, then probably s/he just likes alcohol for fun.

alcoholism is specifically where if you stop the alcohol, they suffer withdrawal symptoms on the chemical level. so you can't really say.
but, without any other information, i think alcoholics are more likely to drink alone than with others. so my guess would be they like to have fun at bars.
it depends on how much they drink and what they are drinking.
That's not necessarily a sign of alcoholism.
