Does he know your name? I'd say, "I'd love to hear you say my name" If he does and he looks at you in the eye and holds the look for just a minute, there is a real good chance he does.
The reason, so many guys call all the girls cutie and my love and sweet thing....... they never even know their name. They don't care, all the want to hear is YES! So be careful, do you like him? or is he just cute?

Say, "no you are the cute one." or "not as cute as you." Most guys don't say that unless they think it, and if he is saying it jokingly it's because he may be embarrassed and feels more comfortable saying it in a lighter way.

Take it slow, look away once in awhile and see if he watches you.
Saying your name doesn't mean he didn't know it, it just makes him think of you as YOU! And it is so nice to hear them say our name. Not just cutie. Can I ask how old you are? It makes a difference at what age you are. Guys like girls who are smart, not to easy, and that are happy people. So smile at him with your eyes. Let the eyes be the last thing you say.

Sure between 15 and 17 are many curves and hills.:):) Ok, at 17. ask him what movies he likes, what foods, where he likes to go, how long has he lived around here? Guys LOVE to talk about themselves. Stand close to him if you can, if he doesn't move away he LIKES you. Then you ever so slowly move away and see if he follows your move. These are all little flirting ways to see if they like you or are they just practicing for the next girl. If he walks away, give him a pretty little smile then turn your head and DON'T look back. I'm 19, still a virgin. I have never met anyone I wanted to put that much of myself on the line.
