No. There is no such thing as a "Myranda right". If you're referring to the notion called: Miranda Rights. I would suggest you remember the last 8 years wherein the Bu$h Administration and Conservative Supreme Court justices allowed convictions to proceed without anyone being read their Miranda rights. Of course not. All that the lack of their rights being read would mean is that statements they made at that time should either be omitted or presented with strong cautions. But, presumably, there is much more evidence again them which is entirely valid.
