When he goes out just trust him, and his friends if they are decent. My friend is in a relationship, but he still gets girls hitting on him. It makes him feel really uncomfortable and he looks annoyed by the whole thing. As his friend I make sure I get between them or someone else does so he doesn't have to actually push them away or explain that he has a girlfriend (which would only be necessary if someone tried to kiss him or something).
