Until tomorrow when you can go to med point take 2 advil, gargle with some warm salt water, if you have anything like sudafed in the house also take one of those for your ear. If you have a heating pad lay down and put your ear that is in pain on the warm pad, (not to hot) REST! In the morning go to the doctor or med point. Do you have a fever?

I hope you can rest. Sorry you feel so bad.
Make sure to see a doctor!!!!! This is only for tonight. The last time I went to the ER was 4yrs ago, I spent 6hrs waiting to see a doctor. I would have been better off at home till the morning. BUT.....then GO!

You need an ENT. We've no way of knowing what is wrong in order to make valid, helpful suggestions. If you are NKDA, you could use an OTC pain reliever until you can contact a physician.

IF you are like me (I'm going through the same exact thing right now) then don't waste any time on otc drugs..they'll help with the symptoms but they won't cure you.

The best thing you can do aside from drinking lots of liquids and resting is to go to a doc and get an anti-biotic. Myself, I often start out with 1 of the 3 (ear, throat, headache) first and then it works cyclic through my system...if I do not go to a doc it often turns into severe strep throat, which turns into an ear infection and then eventually into a respiratory infection of some kind. I get strep about 8 times a year or more (I know, I should have had my tonsils out)..so my doc rotates anti-biotics because I build immunity to them but Amoxicillin, trimoxicillin or Zithromax should do the trick..most times Zithromax is the best because unlike the other 2 antibiotics, it usually knocks out the bug in 5-7 days instead of 9-12 like regular antibiotics.

You haven't given us enough information to make even a triage diagnosis. Doesn't sound like an emergency (yet) but get yourself to a doctor fairly soon.
