Exposure and experience. That's what makes everyone unique. Lets say you haven't been around much and live in a fairly quiet neighborhood. You're walking down the street with a friend from across town in his neighborhood. A person skates by wearing a t-shirt and a G-string. You, being from a quieter neighborhood and have never seen anything like that before would have a different reaction then your friend, who probably see's that at least twice a week.
Cultural and environmental differences while growing up, and genetic factors.
Because people are different.
Some are emotionally more mature.
