It seems like that is what my grandkids do everytime I babysit them. And I find it hard to ignore them but I manage to. So I agree. And I could use some points today. JK, friend.

    I would agree!
Although I would have to say that stopping one is harder still.

It's easier to disregard it.If I am witness to something blatantly wrong and I do not anything about it is beyond weak.

No - one can't start one if another does not care enough to see the coflict, unless you want to argue about it, than I agree. +5

It's obviously easy to disregard a conflict you've started, particularly if you're a Republican President.

That depends it really boils down to a person's personal convictions on the matter of the conflict. However I guess it would also depend on who started the conflict and the suroundings. But nevertheless I would agree that it would be more difficult to disregard a conflict regardless of whatever the scenerio was.

Sure, at first. Someone calls me an insulting name...the tendency is for me to hit back. It takes awhile to figure out that is what they want you to do. Once you realize this, it is so easy to disregard/ignore/dismiss these people as being irrelevant and needy for attention! :) Disregard, dismiss, ignore...easy peasy once you get the hang of it! :)

Aww that is one of my favorite lyrics from one of my favorite Jewel songs. The first time I heard it I was still quite young and the line completely influenced the person that I grew into. I do agree and think that the challenge of disregarding or resolving conflicts makes it that much more important.
