Effective September 1, 2009, a Texas law makes it a crime to engage in activities like posing as another person or cyber-bullying on social networking sites etc. . What are your thoughts? Will AB'ers be charged with felonies for posts here?

    From what I see in the posted bill, it's actionable only if the prosecution can prove that you did it with intent to harm or defraud.
    At its worst, it would target anyone who uses a pen name or nickname.
