People rarely call 911 to deal with animal electrocutions thus the 'need to know' how to deal with an animal is going to be looked up more often than the need to know when it comes to a human. Think of the scenario, somebody you know (a person) gets electrocuted - what do you do? Call 911. EMT will respond 24/7/365. Your cat or dog gets electrocuted, what do you do? Most folk attempt to 'fix' a problem with their animal, especially after vet hours. Many still do even if the vet's office is open. Folk who play doctor with their animals usually google an answer and work from there.

"A" for Animal comes before "P" for person in the alphabet.

The reason I ask is that one of my best friends' dad was electrocuted, and noone knew what to do. He was out in the county, so 911 was not an option. So it made me think about what would I do if something like that occurs and I am a bystander.
