Yes Moley, it's very wet up here although not too bad where I am. I believe Cumbria and Dumfries and Galloway have had it really badly. I'm hoping it's not going to be too wet tomorrow as I've got a bit of a drive.

You like Robbie Burns! Ive got a book of his sonnets. Bought it when I was staying at Lochoyle Head. West Higlands. Best scenery in the world. I saw the N. Lights from Fort Wiliam.

Aw, how romantic! I've never seen them from Scotland, just from Iceland and in the Arctic, although I believe you can see them a lot in Shetland. The scenery up there is fanastic, I agree. What were you doing in fort William?
I don't know why I don't like having my photo taken, maybe because the camera can steal your soul, ha ha. I just find the whole business uncomfortable and a bit stressful. That photo was a spontaneous one someone else took when we were coming into port and various people were wandering about on deck. I was ushered into the frame taken with that chap, but it was over so quickly I didn't have time to stress about it.

Chill! |You look just fine. My Mrs and I. Plus my best mate and his wife flew to Glasgow then drove a hire car to Lochoyle Head. Stayed in a hotel on the banks. A holiday about ??? years ago. We took the train to Fort William and coming back the driver stopped at a station for a while. I got off and saw what I thought was a laser show somewhere. The lights were Red. Green. White and Yellow. I took a photo and thought nothing more of it. When I later told a Scots girl at work what I had seen she laughed. And told me. Apparently there is an old Scottish song called 'The Lights of old Aberdeen.' This makes reference to the N. Lights. Not the street lamps as us Sassenachs think

To be honest, I'd probably walk out of the shop with another pants, lol.
I know I should have one, but I never go to functions where I will need the black number. When I finally buy one, I don't think I'll go for something spesific, just something that will fit this apple shape body of mine.
