i have sit here and looked at this box 5 minutes thinking. i don't regret any book i have opened for each one has brought knowledge and or enjoyment.

Iris Chang's "The Rape of Nanking", which details the atrocities of Japanese soldiers against Chinese civilians in 1937. It was very educational and eye-opening, but it was also very depressing and sad. I don't think I could ever re-read it.
