People are not born stupid ,but they become stupid later in their life.
Sometimes I think it's genetic and sometimes I think it's something people work very hard to achieve. So I guess both. Stupidity does not recognise color, religion, ethnicity, income, etc. It's an equal opportunity malady. It's every where.

I think they're born stupid. How else can you explain why it takes one person a couple of times to get something where the other doesn't, several times over.
Both options are possible.
and for 9 months while you are in the womb , you have not common nervous and circulatory systems?
while you are in the womb, likes and dislikes of your mom get your own likes and dislikes.
