2timothy 3:16.17 says: "all scripture is inspired of God, and beneficial for teaching, and reproving, for setting things straight, for disciplining in righteousness, that the man of God may be fully equipped for every good work." since every book of the bible is equally inspired, there is not one particular book better than the other. it is interesting to note that a truly educated person is one that should have read the bible in its entirety.

Thank you for your answer. Someone said it was a matter of opinion but I'm not sure. Genesis seems to be the basis of everything.
