Ok iam in iraq and iam fileing for divorce from my wife and i can do it online but do i have to be ther to go to court we have no kids and we are spliting everything so i dont know what to do anyone help? please

    when get representation ( counselor) ask him or her for a power of attorney so she or him represent you in all the process so you don't have to be present,contact the JAG office.

    Isn't there a JAG office you can check with? Or let you wife file and you just don't show up in which case she gets the divorce by default.

    Ask your lawyer to ask the judge if you can do it by computer video cam. I know it's been done for marriages.
