I miscarried in 2nd month and cannot afford to go back to md what happens inside me

    You NEED to go back, to make sure the miscarriage was complete. If it wasn't, the DR will need to do a D&C (dilate and cutterage), to clear out your uterus and make sure nothing is left behind. This will prevent any possible infection, and make sure you'll be able to have a baby again someday.
