Bought a secondhand car with 3 months warranty and 12 months MOT,Only had the car for 3 weeks and the exhuast is blowing.How do i stand with this.

The warranty will almost certainly exclude things like the exhaust system, tyres, battery and other similar things that need periodic replacement.
