Help answer this question below.

If your fighting with your man,and just want to be lefted alone,is it abuse if he is always in my face and wont move. Always there not moving.
After a bit i got mad and slapped him, then he moved but then he hit me in my face,and knocked me down,Is it me

    By law if he touches you in any way you dont want, that is battery. This is any thing from a poke to a slap to a punch. Even if you hit him he has no right to touch you, but he can call the cops on you for hitting him.

    He's in your face because he wants you to do something.If you're arguing about little things all the time, you are in the wrong relationship. I don't know if this is the first time that he's hit you and under what circumstances, but if it's pretty often, there again, you're in the wrong relationship.
