Hell no!

I'd buy them each a $1 lottery ticket and tell them not to be so stingy next year ;)
-
Of course. I would give all 4 of them $5,000 each, maybe even more than that. They bought me the winning lottery ticket, they gave me 5 million dollars, I'd think they deserved quite a large cash amount in return for buying me the ticket. Why not be rich together?
-
Yeah, that's leaves more than enough money for me. Unless I don't really like them, but considering you said "friends"...
-
I might give each of them $1 million.
-
I'd give them 250 grand a piece. Nice, even number.
-
Sure, I'd give them each $12,000 - the maximum non-taxable gift allowed by the IRS.

You have the obligation to give each of your friend $1 Million because it is like a partnership (by law) wherein 2 or more people would pull in their capital ($.25) with the expectation of earning profits (the lottery jackpot)...since they have known the purpose of their contributions-which is to buy a lottery ticket, they have given their consent to be partners with you in this venture, thus, you have the obligation to pay them $1M each as their profit from this partnership entered into.
